FEATURES & SOLUTIONS

SMART SCHOOL EXPERIENCE

More than ERP: a digital experience that keeps the school active and connected.

On top of the school operations foundation, Kesekolah brings learning, engagement, attendance, community, public portals, and multi-role access together in one ecosystem.

LEARNING EXPERIENCE01

Smart LMS

A digital learning system designed to feel as easy as watching a course on Udemy. Learning materials are organized into structured modules with progress tracking, interactive quizzes at the end of each module, and completion certificates. Students can learn at their own pace while teachers monitor each student's learning progress in real time.

STUDENT ENGAGEMENT02

Gamification — XP, Badges & Ranking

An engagement approach designed for Gen Z learning behavior. Every completed quiz and module read gives students XP. XP can be exchanged for rare avatar frames as achievement markers while placing students on weekly class and school leaderboards. The approach turns learning activity into something competitive and enjoyable rather than simply an obligation.

SMART ATTENDANCE03

IoT Hardware & Attendance

Integration between the digital system and physical devices for attendance. It supports ESP32-based RFID attendance devices at gates or classrooms, self check-in through the application with geofencing to validate location within the school radius, and manual subject attendance entered directly by teachers. This combination keeps attendance data accurate for both general presence and individual lesson sessions.

SCHOOL COMMUNITY04

Feed, Stories & Q&A Forum

An internal social ecosystem designed specifically for the school environment. It includes 24-hour stories for documenting school moments, learning Q&A forums between students and teachers, and a showcase space for student projects and work. The experience supports social interaction while keeping it safe and grounded in an educational context.

PUBLIC PORTAL & ADMISSION05

School Profile Portal & Online Admission

Every participating school automatically receives an official profile website with its own custom URL slug. The website includes activity galleries, a publication space for school articles or news, and an online new-student admission form. The admission process includes one-click account migration that automatically converts an accepted applicant into an active student account.

ROLE-BASED EXPERIENCE06

Multi-Role Architecture

One system serving five different user perspectives: Students, Teachers, School Admins, Education Groups, and Parents/Guardians. Each role receives an interface and feature access tailored to its needs — teachers can focus on grades and learning materials, while parents focus on monitoring their child's progress and attendance.

Not a collection of isolated menus.
